Bob Hudak has been fly fishing the rivers of the Adirondacks for over 40 years. He is a 46er, an avid skier as well as a fly fishing guide and instructor. A semi-retired Physical Education/Health teacher from North Country Community College in Saranac Lake, his passion for sharing has continued to grow over the years.
Helene Gibbens has been teaching yoga, meditation and wellness for over 20 years. After growing up in Montreal, she found her heart yearned for open spaces. She is an avid skier, hiker and gardener. Taking her yoga and mindfulness practices out of doors brings her great joy and wonder for all the wisdom inherent in nature. Helene is provisionally certified as a Forest Therapy Guide, in the process of completing her practicum.
Suzanne Weirich grew up exploring the woods, streams and fields around the North Country. Her passion for nature has never left her. She enjoys skiing, kayaking and spending quiet time in the woods. She spent much of her career as a classroom educator, including leading youths on weekend outdoor excursions and is a certified yoga teacher. Suzanne is provisionally certified as a Forest Therapy Guide, in the process of completing her practicum.
