Outdoor guided experiences where sensory immersion, exploration and relaxation come together.
Summer is here in the Adirondacks! We are surrounded by an infinite variety of green shades and colorful wild flowers. What a beautiful July we have had, so the foliage is lush and the rivers are on the high side of normal for August. What a perfect time to reconnect with nature, while reconnecting with yourself in the process!
We are offering our introductory public Forest Bathing walks. On Sunday mornings, they will alternate between Saranac Lake and Lake Placid locations. Come by yourself, with a friend or a family member. We have added a sliding fee scale to make this wellness practice more inclusive. More details here.
Did you know that awe and wonder are healing for our tired minds and nervous systems? A nature sensory guided journey helps you unwind deeply, renews your sense of tranquility, and gives you a deeper sense of your place in the natural world, whether you prefer the forest or the river. We are here to guide you, every day of the week, Riverwalking or Forest Bathing.
To celebrate our fifth year in business, at the end of the summer season, we will be drawing a Winter Forest Bathing experience on snowshoes for up to 8 people, putting the names of all who participated in our summer experiences into the hat. Good luck to you!
Call or email us for more information and to book. Summer goes by at the speed of light...get outside often to make the most of it! Helene and Suzanne
