Guided sensory experiences in nature for your wellbeing and nature's

Isn't this a great time to learn a wellness practice? One Sensory Snowshoeing session is enough to get you started with a sensory practice at home, whether you live in a city, suburb or a small town. Or just come for a unique experience and build new memories with your loved ones. Discover how nature can support your wellbeing! There's more than thirty years of research to back the benefits of this practice.

Our season runs from December 1st, 2022 to March 31, 2023. On gentle terrain, this playful sensory exploration is accessible for the whole family, including children 6 and up. Snowshoes are included.

Book a private session with one of our certified and licensed guides. We are available every day of the week, except Monday to guide you in the Lake Placid, Saranac Lake and Tupper area.

Or register for an introductory public session. Here's the upcoming schedule:

Sunday, January 8 - 10AM to Noon at Mt Pisgah Recreation Park, Saranac Lake
Sunday, February 5 -
10AM to Noon at Heaven Hill Trails, Lake Placid
Sunday, March 5 - 10AM to Noon at Dewey Mountain Recreation Area, Saranac Lake

Come by yourself, with a friend or a family member. You can register here. Inclusive pricing.

Or join us at our partners' sites: The Wild Center in Tupper Lake, ADK Experience - The Blue Mountain Lake Museum - and the Adirondack Snowshoe Fest in Saranac Lake.

If you are breathing, you are in relationships with trees.
If you are eating, you are in relationships with soils, plants, animals, the sun and
the seasonal procession of the weather.
We then realize that none of us exists independently.
We are profoundly interdependent with all things.
