Do you need to be fit or athletic to participate? Winter Forest Bathing and Forest Bathing walks take place on easy, level ground. We usually cover less than a mile, and the experience is easily accessible to everyone.Riverwalking requires balance as the river bottom is not smooth or flat everywhere. We give you a staff to help you balance in the river. The depth of the water you move through can make it easier or more challenging and you choose where you are comfortable.
